⚫ RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS POLICY

At MOSAJC, we aim to deliver products you’ll genuinely enjoy.
If something isn’t right, we offer a simple return, replacement, or refund process.

🔁 Return & Refund Window

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted
  • If Size issue product will be replaced with another size
  • Only size issue products will be returned and replaced with another size Once per order

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for eligible returns
  • Refunds are applicable only if
    • Product has a manufacturing defect
    • Wrong item was delivered
    • Wrong size delivered from our side
    • Product arrived damaged
    • Parcel was tampered with during delivery
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Parcel opening video is a must

👉 All refund requests are subject to approval after quality inspection

MOSAJC reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests if the product does not meet return conditions.

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is allowed once per order
  • Applicable for:
    • Size issues
    • Defective or incorrect products (subject to availability)

✅ Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A product is eligible only if:

    • Product has a manufacturing defect
    • Wrong item was delivered
    • Wrong size delivered from your side
    • Product arrived damaged
    • Parcel was tampered with during delivery
    • Size Issue
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • It is not damaged due to misuse after delivery

❌ Non-Eligible Items

  • Products showing signs of wear or usage
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Limited edition / limited stock products

🚚 Pickup & Shipping

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product to us

💸 Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is from our end (wrong item / defect) → We cover the cost
  • For size exchanges or returns → Shipping charges may apply

🔍 Quality Check

All returned products will undergo a quality inspection before approving:

  • Refund
  • Replacement

📦 Refund / Replacement Processing

  • Once approved:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
    • Replacements will be shipped within 5–8 working days
