  • MOSAJC reserves the right to accept or reject any order

Orders may be canceled due to:

  • Incomplete or failed payments
  • Incorrect or unverifiable information

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders require a ₹99 advance payment to confirm the order
  • Orders will not be processed without this advance payment
  • The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery
  • Failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and delivered as per our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location
  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control
  • MOSAJC is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched

7. Returns, Replacement & Cancellation

  • MOSAJC does not offer refunds under any circumstances
  • We only offer replacements as per our Return & Replacement Policy
  • All replacement requests are subject to product verification
