Returns & Replacements

At MOSAJC, we aim to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations.

We offer No-Questions-Asked Returns and Exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, store credit will be issued via email.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

With original tags intact

In original packaging

⚠️ Delivery charges of ₹100 will be deducted from store credit.



Replacement Window

Customers can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.



Eligible Reasons for Replacement

Replacements are allowed in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Size issues (one-time exchange only)

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues

All requests are subject to verification by our team.



Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags must be intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Any product showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.



Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address

  • After the product passes quality inspection, your replacement will be processed



Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is verified as genuine (damage, wrong item, defect), MOSAJC will bear the shipping cost

  • For size exchanges, additional charges may apply if applicable



Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Limited edition products

  • Limited stock items

  • Items purchased during special or limited-time offers



 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless - 

* The product received is damaged during transit.
* A wrong product has been delivered.

To raise a refund request, customers must email us within 7 days of delivery along with:

* Order Number
* Clear unboxing video
* Images showing the issue

Upon successful verification and quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
