Returns & Replacements
At MOSAJC, we aim to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations.
We offer No-Questions-Asked Returns and Exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, store credit will be issued via email.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unworn and unused
With original tags intact
In original packaging
⚠️ Delivery charges of ₹100 will be deducted from store credit.
Replacement Window
Customers can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Replacement
Replacements are allowed in the following cases:

Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a replacement:

The product must be unused and unworn

All original tags must be intact

The item must be returned in its original packaging
Any product showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address

After the product passes quality inspection, your replacement will be processed
Shipping Charges

If the issue is verified as genuine (damage, wrong item, defect), MOSAJC will bear the shipping cost

For size exchanges, additional charges may apply if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for replacement:

Limited edition products

Limited stock items

Items purchased during special or limited-time offers
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless -
* The product received is damaged during transit.
* A wrong product has been delivered.
To raise a refund request, customers must email us within 7 days of delivery along with:
* Order Number
* Clear unboxing video
* Images showing the issue
Upon successful verification and quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
