How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your product and size, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation.
How will my order be confirmed?
All orders are confirmed automatically via the details you provide at checkout.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via secure payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with a partial advance.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
To confirm a COD order, you must pay a ₹150 advance online via Razorpay.
The remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery.
Orders will not be processed without this advance.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 48–72 hours and delivered within 5–8 working days across India.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
What if I’m not available during delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery again on the next working day.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
No. MOSAJC does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes. We offer replacements for:

All requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Do I need proof for damaged items?
Yes. An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claims.
